Overview
SYV843A is a high-efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 3A output current. The SYV843A operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and integrates main and synchronous switches with ultra-low on-resistance RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses. The 1.5MHz switching frequency enables low output voltage ripple with compact external inductors and capacitors.
