Overview
The TD8002 is a high efficiency, internal compensation and constant frequency current mode step-down synchronous DC/DC converter. It has integrated high-side (180mΩ, typ) and low-side (100mΩ, typ) power switches, and provides 2A continuous load current. It regulates input voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V and down to an output voltage as low as 0.6V.
