TIOS101DMWT

The TIOS101(x) devices can be configured as high-side, low-side, or push-pull drivers. These devices can withstand IEC61000 - 4 - 5 surges of up to 1.2 kV (500 Ω) and feature integrated reverse polarity protection. They can be easily connected to the controller circuit through a simple pin-programmable interface. The output current limit can be configured using an external resistor. In addition, they offer fault reporting and internal protection functions to handle undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheat conditions.
