TL431AT2M is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator with guaranteed thermal stability over the entire operating range. It features sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature drift, and low output impedance, making it an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, and other adjustable voltage regulators. This precision voltage reference is available in two voltage tolerance grades: 0.5%.
