Overview
TL432 is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator. By configuring two external resistors, the output voltage can be set anywhere between Vref (approximately 1.25V) and 18V. It features low dynamic output impedance (typical 0.2Ω). Since the output voltage can be set via a reference voltage, it serves as an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications and is widely used across various electronic circuits.
