The TLV40x1 devices are low-power, high-precision comparators with precise thresholds and a propagation delay of 360 ns. These comparators are available in an ultra-small 0.73 mm x 0.73 mm DSBGA package, making the TLV40x1 suitable for space-critical designs, such as portable or battery-powered designs that require low power consumption and a fast response to changes in operating conditions. The combination of factory-trimmed switching thresholds and precise hysteresis makes the TLV40x1 well-suited for voltage and current monitoring in harsh, noisy environments where slow input signals must be converted to clean digital outputs. Similarly, short glitches at the inputs are suppressed, ensuring stable output operation without false triggering. The TLV40x1R1/2 offers a variety of configurations, allowing system designers to achieve the output response and performance they require. For example, the TLV4021 and TLV4031 have open-drain output stages, while the TLV4041 and TLV4051 have push-pull output stages. Additionally, the TLV4021 and TLV4041 have non-inverting inputs, while the TLV4031 and TLV4051 have inverting inputs.
