Overview

TM1911 is a high-precision single-channel LED constant-current driver IC with output current adjustable via a single external resistor. It features an extremely low constant-current dropout voltage, wide input voltage range, ultra-high constant-current output accuracy, and excellent output stability. It supports PWM dimming within a frequency range of 100Hz~20kHz, achieving a dimming depth of 1024:1 at 100Hz. The device incorporates over-temperature protection: when the junction temperature reaches 135°C, the output current is linearly reduced as the temperature continues to rise. Reliable and high-performance, TM1911 is easy to use across a wide range of LED lighting applications.
