TM3100

TM3100 is a driver IC designed for LED display panels. It integrates a CMOS shift register with latch functionality to convert serial input data into parallel output data format. TM3100 features 16 current sources capable of providing 5~35mA constant current at each output port to drive LEDs. Multiple OUT driver channels can be short-circuited together to achieve higher current output, with minimal impact on output current when environmental conditions change. An external resistor (REXT) of selectable resistance value can be used to adjust the output current of each TM3100 port, enabling precise control of LED luminance intensity. This makes it well-suited for high-quality white balance display driver modules.
