TMUX1072RUTR

TMUX1072 is a high-speed dual-channel 2:1 analog switch with integrated overvoltage detection and power-off protection. The device is bidirectional and can be used as a 2:1 or 1:2 switch, supporting signals above V_CC (up to 5.5V). The protection on the I/O pins of the TMUX1072 can withstand voltages up to 18V and features an auto-shutdown circuit to prevent damage to system components downstream of the switch. This protection is intended for power sequencing applications, where some boards in a system may power up before other boards are ready to receive signals. The device detects overvoltage and overtemperature events and provides an open-drain output signal via the FLT pin.
