TMUX1112PWR

The TMUX1111, TMUX1112, and TMUX1113 are precision CMOS devices featuring four independent, selectable 1:1, SPST switches. The wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V supports a wide range of applications from medical equipment to industrial systems. The devices support bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins. The switches in the TMUX1111 are turned on by a logic 0 at the appropriate logic control input, while a logic 1 is required to turn on the switches in the TMUX1112. The four channels of the TMUX1113 are split between two switches that turn on with logic 0 and two switches that turn on with logic 1. The TMUX1113 features break-before-make switching, making it suitable for crosspoint switch applications.
