TMUX1121, TMUX1122, and TMUX1123 are precision CMOS devices featuring two independently selectable 1:1, SPST switches. The wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V supports a broad range of applications from medical devices to industrial systems. These devices support bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins.
