The TMUX113x devices are precision CMOS switches with multiple channels. The TMUX1133 is a 2:1 single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with three independently controlled channels and an EN pin for enabling or disabling all three switches. The TMUX1134 contains four independently controlled SPDT switches. The wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V single supply or ±2.75V dual supply supports a wide range of applications from medical devices to industrial systems. The devices support bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from VSS to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins. For single-supply applications, VSS must be connected to GND. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds that ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. Failsafe logic circuitry allows voltage to be applied to the control pins before the supply pins, protecting the device from potential damage. The TMUX113x devices are part of a family of precision switches and multiplexers. These devices feature very low on- and off-state leakage current and low charge injection, making them ideal for high-precision measurement applications. The low supply current of 8nA makes these devices suitable for portable applications.
