Overview
TMUX1204 is a modern CMOS analog MUX offering a 4:1 single-ended (1-channel) configuration. Powered by a single supply (1.08V to 5.5V), it suits applications ranging from personal electronics to building automation systems. The 10nA low supply current makes it suitable for portable applications. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-level compatible thresholds, ensuring TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. Failsafe logic circuitry allows voltage to be applied to control pins before the supply pin, protecting the device from potential damage.
