Overview
The TMUX136 is a high-performance 6GHz 2-channel 2:1 switch supporting both differential and single-ended signals. The device features a wide VCC range of 2.3V to 4.8V and supports power-off protection, forcing all I/O pins into high-impedance mode when the VCC pin is powered off. Select pins on the TMUX136 support 1.8V control voltage, allowing direct connection to GPIO pins of low-voltage processors. The TMUX136 is available in a compact 10-pin UQFN package measuring only 1.5mm×2mm, making it ideal for space-constrained PCB designs.
