TMUX4827YBHR

TMUX4827 is a CMOS multiplexer featuring two selectable 2:1 SPDT switch channels. The device operates from a single supply (1.8V to 5.5V) while passing bidirectional analog and digital signals beyond the supply range, from -12V to 12V. The TMUX4827 also provides bidirectional power-off protection up to ±12V, isolating the switch even when no supply voltage is present (VDD = 0V). Without this protection, any voltage on the switch could back-power the supply rail through internal ESD diodes, potentially damaging the rest of the system. With a THD+N of 0.001% and RON flatness of 1mΩ, the TMUX4827 is ideal for transmitting precision analog and audio signals without introducing distortion.
