TMUX6112RTER

The TMUX6111, TMUX6112, and TMUX6113 devices are state-of-the-art CMOS devices featuring four independent selectable SPST switches. These devices operate from dual supplies (±5V to ±17V), single supply (10V to 17V), or asymmetric supplies. All digital inputs feature TTL-compatible thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility. A logic 0 closes the switch on the digitally controlled inputs in the TMUX6111. A logic 1 is required to close the switch in the TMUX6112. The TMUX6113 has two switches with digital control logic similar to the TMUX6111, while the logic on the other two switches is inverted. The TMUX6113 features break-before-make switching, making it suitable for crosspoint switch applications. The TMUX611x devices feature very low leakage current and charge injection, making them suitable for digital input Class D audio amplifiers in high-precision measurement applications. With supply current as low as 17μA, these devices are an excellent choice for battery-powered portable applications.
