The TMUX620x is a CMOS precision switch in a single-channel 1:1 (SPST) configuration. The device operates from a single supply (4.5V to 36V), dual supply (±4.5V to ±18V), or asymmetric supply (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = −5V). The TMUX620x supports bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from VSS to VDD on the source (S) and drain (D) pins. The TMUX620x can be enabled or disabled by controlling the SEL pin. When disabled, the signal path switch is open. All logic control inputs support logic levels from 1.8V to VDD, compatible with TTL and CMOS logic when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. A fault-protected logic circuit allows voltage to be applied to the control pins before the supply pins, protecting the device from potential damage.
