TMUX7212PWR

TMUX7211, TMUX7212, and TMUX7213 are CMOS switches featuring four independently selectable 1:1 SPST switch channels. These devices support single-supply (4.5V to 44V), dual-supply (±4.5V to ±22V), or asymmetric supply (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -5V) operation. The TMUX721x supports bidirectional analog and digital signals in the VSS to VDD range on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins. The TMUX721x switches are controlled via appropriate logic control inputs on the SELx pins. The TMUX721x is a precision switch and multiplexer family with very low on- and off-state leakage currents, making it suitable for high-precision measurement applications. The TMUX721x family features latch-up immunity to prevent high-current latch-up events in parasitic structures within the device, which are typically triggered by overvoltage events. A latch-up condition typically persists until the supply rail is powered down and may cause device failure. Latch-up immunity enables the TMUX721x family of switches and multiplexers to operate in harsh environments.
