Overview
The TP432BS3 precision adjustable reference is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator whose output voltage can be set to any value between Vref (approximately 1.25V) and 18V using two external resistors. The active output circuit provides very sharp turn-on characteristics, making these devices an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications, including on-board voltage regulation, adjustable power supplies, and power switching.
