TP8025AF

The TP8025 is a buck LED constant-current driver operating in fixed off-time control mode, designed for efficient driving of multiple LEDs. It employs an average-current closed-loop constant-current architecture, making the output current insensitive to inductance variations in system applications. This significantly improves the constant-current accuracy of the output current, making it particularly suitable for non-isolated buck LED constant-current driver circuits with an input voltage range of 8~80V. The TP8025 integrates an internal power switch, with the average LED output current set via an external resistor. Its application circuit is streamlined, requiring minimal external components to achieve high-precision LED output, greatly reducing system cost and board space. The TP8025 integrates multiple protection features to ensure system stability and reliability, including LED output short-circuit protection, LED output overcurrent protection, intelligent chip temperature control, and VDD undervoltage lockout protection.
