TPC112S4-TR

TPC116S4/TPC112S4 are pin-compatible 16-bit and 12-bit DACs. These devices are quad-channel, low-power DACs with buffered voltage outputs, guaranteed monotonic by design. They employ a precision external reference voltage applied to a high-impedance input to achieve rail-to-rail output and low system power consumption. TPC116S4/TPC112S4 accept a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. An integrated power-on reset circuit ensures the DAC outputs reset to 0V at power-up and remain in that state until a valid write operation occurs. The on-chip precision output amplifier of TPC116S4/TPC112S4 enables rail-to-rail output swing. For remote sensing applications, the inverting input of the output amplifier is accessible to the user. TPC116S4/TPC112S4 feature a versatile 3-wire serial interface operating at clock frequencies up to 30MHz, compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. TPC116S4/TPC112S4 are available in a compact TSSOP16 package. All package specifications are rated for the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
