TPC112S8-TR

TPC116S8/TPC112S8 are pin-compatible 16-bit and 12-bit DACs. This product family features eight-channel, low-power DACs with buffered voltage outputs, designed to guarantee monotonicity. The devices use a precision external reference voltage applied through a high-impedance input to achieve rail-to-rail operation and low system power consumption. TPC116S8/TPC112S8 accept a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. An integrated power-on reset circuit ensures the DAC outputs power up at 0 V and remain at that level until a valid write operation occurs. The on-chip precision output amplifier of the TPC116S8/TPC112S8 enables rail-to-rail output swing. For remote sensing applications, the inverting input of the output amplifier is accessible to the user. TPC116S8/TPC112S8 use a standard 3-wire serial interface operating at clock rates up to 30 MHz, compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. TPC116S8/TPC112S8 are available in a compact TSSOP16 package. All package options support an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
