TPCH440G

This is a high-performance quad single-pole double-throw analog switch with an ultra-low on-resistance of 4.5 Ω (typical) at 4.5V VCC supply. The device operates over a wide voltage range of 2.3V to 4.5V and is designed for break-before-make operation. Its select inputs are TTL-level compatible. The device also incorporates intelligent circuitry that minimizes VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This feature makes it well-suited for mobile phone applications, allowing direct connection to the baseband processor's GPIO interface while minimizing battery current consumption. In other words, no additional components are required in actual applications to level-shift the control signals to match VCC.
