Overview
This device is a low-power, high-speed comparator with internal hysteresis. The common-mode input voltage range can extend beyond the supply rails by 100 mV. With only 50 μA quiescent current per channel, the device achieves a propagation delay of 120 ns, making it suitable for low-power applications. The internal input hysteresis eliminates output switching caused by input noise voltage. The device features a push-pull output supporting rail-to-rail output swing. Operating temperature range: -40°C ~ +125°C.
