Overview
TPD1E10B06 is a single-channel ESD TVS diode available in a compact 0402 package for space-constrained applications and the industry-standard SOD-523 package. This TVS protection device offers ±30kV contact ESD and ±30kV IEC air-gap protection, featuring an ESD clamp circuit with back-to-back TVS diodes to support bipolar or bidirectional signals. With 12pF line capacitance, this ESD protection diode is well-suited for applications supporting data rates up to 400Mbps.
