Overview
The TPD4E001 is a four-channel Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) based on an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array. The rated ESD shock dissipation value of the TPD4E001 reaches the highest level specified in the international standard IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4). This device has an IO capacitance of 1.5 pF per channel, making it highly suitable for use in high-speed data IO interfaces. It features an ultra-low leakage current (maximum <1 nA), thus being suitable for precise analog measurements in applications such as blood glucose meters and heart rate monitors.
