Overview
The TPD4E6B06 is a four-channel ESD protection device in an ultra-compact DPW package. It is a small 4-channel TVS diode array with a 0.48mm pitch. This larger pitch helps reduce PCB fabrication costs. The device provides contact discharge protection up to 15kV in compliance with IEC 61000-4-2. It features an ESD clamping circuit with back-to-back diodes supporting bipolar bidirectional signals. A typical line capacitance of 4.8pF makes this device suitable for a wide range of applications supporting data rates up to 700MHz.
