The TPDxE05U06 is a series of electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diode products based on unidirectional transient voltage suppressors (TVS), featuring ultra-low capacitance. The ESD shock dissipation value of each device is higher than the highest level specified in the IEC 61000 - 4 - 2 international standard. The ultra-low load capacitance of the TPDxE05U06 makes it highly suitable for protecting any high-speed signal pins.
