Overview

This device is a high-performance single-pole single-throw depletion-mode switch. Depletion-mode technology enables the device to pass signals without VDD and isolate signals with VDD. The device can pass or isolate negative signal swings as low as -3.0V and can withstand voltages up to 5.5V. Depletion-mode gate control achieves excellent THD+N performance while consuming minimal power during signal conduction. The device is available in a compact WLCSP-4B package. Standard products comply with lead-free and halogen-free requirements.
