The TPP36106x series is a simple, easy-to-use 1A output synchronous buck switch-mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. The TPP36106x integrates low RDS(ON) power transistors in a TSOT23-6 package, featuring internal soft-start, compensation, and protection functions. The TPP36106x delivers 1A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The TPP36106x is available in switching frequency variants of 500kHz, 1MHz, and 2.2MHz, and supports light-load PSM mode for reduced quiescent current as well as forced PWM mode to maintain a fixed switching frequency. The device comes in a 6-pin TSOT23-6 package and supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
