TPP60506-ES1R

TPP60506 is a 60-V, 5-A output non-synchronous buck switch-mode converter with an integrated high-side power MOSFET. The device uses current-mode control, enabling simple external compensation and flexible component selection. It also supports a low quiescent current mode with pulse-skip functionality and ultra-low sleep current. With an integrated PLL, the TPP60506 can synchronize to an external clock source with a wide frequency selection range, allowing optimization for efficiency, physical size, and EMI. Protection and diagnostic features safeguard the device and system power supply. Soft-start controls the output voltage ramp-up. Current limiting, frequency foldback, and over-temperature protection enhance system-level robustness.
