Overview

TPR433 and TPR434 are three-terminal adjustable shunt voltage references. The output voltage of both devices can be set to any value in the range of VREF to 36V via an external feedback resistor network. TPR433 and TPR434 share identical electrical characteristics and package, but differ in pin assignment. The devices offer an output impedance of 0.2Ω and fast turn-on characteristics, making them excellent replacements for conventional Zener diodes in many applications. TPR433 and TPR434 support a wide output current range of 1 to 80mA and are available in the SOT23G-3 package. Both devices are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
