TPS54062DRBT

The TPS54062 is a 60V, 50mA synchronous step-down converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. Current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexibility in component selection. Non-switching quiescent current is 89μA. The enable pin can reduce shutdown supply current to 1.7μA. The UVLO voltage is internally set to 4.5V but can be raised via the precision enable pin. The output voltage startup ramp is controlled by an internal slow-start timer. An adjustable switching frequency range enables high efficiency and optimizes external component size. Frequency foldback and thermal shutdown protect the device under overload conditions.
