TPS54325-Q1 is an adaptive on-time D-CAP2 mode synchronous buck converter. It helps system designers create power bus regulators for a wide range of end equipment using a low-cost, low-component-count solution with low standby current. The main control loop employs D-CAP2 mode control, enabling ultra-fast transient response without external components. Proprietary circuitry also allows compatibility with low ESR output capacitors such as POSCAP or SP-CAP, as well as ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors. The device operates from a 4.5V to 18V VCC and 2.0V to 18V VIN input supply voltage. The output voltage is programmable between 0.76V and 5.5V. The device also features an adjustable soft-start time and power-good functionality. It is available in a 14-pin HTSSOP package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
