TPS544C25RVFR

The TPS544x25 device is a non-isolated DC/DC converter in a 5mm×7mm package that complies with the PMBus 1.2 specification. It features integrated FETs and can operate at high frequencies, delivering an output current of 20A or 30A. The integrated NexFET power stage and optimized drivers provide high-frequency, low-loss switching, enabling highly dense power supply solutions. The PMBus interface supports the AVS function through VOUT_COMMAND, and also enables flexible converter configuration and monitoring of key parameters, including output voltage, current, and optional external temperature. The response to fault conditions can be set to restart, latch, or ignore, depending on system requirements.
