Overview
The TPS560430XDBVR-MS is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator. Its wide input voltage range makes it suitable for a broad range of applications, such as power regulation from unregulated supplies. It features internal switches with low RDS(ON) (typical 250mΩ/150mΩ) to achieve high efficiency (typical 92%). PSM mode is supported, with a fixed operating frequency of 800kHz, allowing the use of small external components while maintaining low output voltage ripple. With overvoltage protection, the IC can withstand input voltages up to 42V. The TPS560430XDBVR-MS supports 1.2A continuous output current with a 0.8V nominal feedback voltage. Additional features include thermal shutdown, VIN undervoltage lockout, and gate drive undervoltage lockout. The TPS560430XDBVR-MS is available in a thin SOT-23-6 package.
