Overview
TPS563208DDCR-MS is a high-efficiency 600kHz constant on-time control mode synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 3A of output current. The device integrates both the main switch and synchronous switch with ultra-low on-resistance, helping to minimize conduction losses. The 600kHz switching frequency contributes to low output voltage ripple and reduces the size of external inductors and capacitors. It employs a constant on-time architecture designed to achieve fast transient response in high step-down ratio applications. The TPS563208DDCR-MS requires a minimal number of off-the-shelf standard external components and is available in a RoHS-compliant 6-pin SOT23-6 package.
