Overview

This device is a current-mode boost DC-DC converter. Its pulse width modulation circuit incorporates a built-in 0.2Ω power MOSFET, enabling high efficiency in the voltage regulator. The internal compensation network minimizes the number of external components to as few as 6. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier is connected to a precision 0.6V reference voltage, and the integrated internal soft-start function helps reduce inrush current. The device is available in a SOT-23-6 package, helping to conserve PCB space for other applications.
