TPS62088YFPR

The TPS62088 is a high-frequency synchronous step-down converter optimized for small solution size and high efficiency. The device supports an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, compatible with common battery technologies. The converter operates in PWM mode at moderate-to-high loads and automatically enters power-save mode at light loads, maintaining high efficiency across the full load current range. The 4MHz switching frequency allows the TPS62088 to use small external components. Its DCS-control architecture delivers excellent load transient performance and output voltage regulation accuracy. Additional features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, active output discharge, and a power-good indicator. The device is available in a 6-pin WCSP package.
