TPS62827ADMQR

The TPS6282x is a family of easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converters with an ultra-low quiescent current of only 4μA. Based on DCS-Control topology, the devices offer fast transient response. With an internal voltage reference, the series regulates output voltage below 0.6V with 1% high feedback voltage accuracy over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device family offers pin-to-pin and BOM-to-BOM compatibility. The complete solution requires a small 470nH inductor, a 4.7μF input capacitor, and two 10μF or one 22μF output capacitor.
