TPS6307x is a high-efficiency buck-boost converter with low quiescent current, designed for applications where the input voltage may be higher or lower than the output voltage. Output current can reach up to 2A in either boost or buck mode. This buck-boost converter is based on a fixed-frequency PWM controller that achieves maximum efficiency through synchronous rectification. At low load currents, the converter enters power-save mode to maintain high efficiency across a wide load current range. The converter can be disabled to significantly reduce battery drain. During shutdown, the load is disconnected from the battery. This device is available in a 2.5mm×3mm QFN package.
