TPSM84A22 is an easy-to-use integrated power solution that combines the TPS54A20 10A DC/DC synchronous buck converter with power MOSFETs, isolated inductors, input and output capacitors, and passive components in a low-profile package. This complete power solution requires only a single resistor for voltage setting, eliminating the need for loop compensation design and magnetics selection. For standard applications, this fully integrated power solution operates without additional input or output capacitors, and the output voltage is set via a single external resistor. In addition, the TPSM84A22 supports high-frequency operation while delivering ultra-fast transient response and precise voltage regulation to meet stringent regulation specifications. The device features a compact 9mm×15mm footprint for soldering directly onto a PCB, enabling a space-efficient, low-profile point-of-load design.
