Overview
This is a low-voltage single-pole double-throw analog switch designed for signal multiplexing in chopper, modulation/demodulation, signal gating, and analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion systems.
Applications
- Mobile phones and TWS earphones
- Audio, video, UART, USB2.0 signal and power routing

- Low on-resistance: Ron = 6Ω at A = 5V
- 1.8V logic-compatible control pins
- A pin can override VCC for true isolation, even during power failure
- High off-state isolation: -100dB at 100KHz
- Low channel-to-channel crosstalk: -97dB at 100KHz
- High bandwidth (-3dB @ 340MHz) for USB2.0 high-speed signal routing
- Low quiescent current (<2μA) with wide supply voltage range (1.65V ~ 5.5V)
