TPW4053-TR

TPW4053 is a triple single-pole double-throw analog switch designed for analog or digital multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. The device features three digital select inputs for controlling three independent switches. A logic-high on the digital enable input turns off all switches. Designed with an enhanced process, the device offers low power consumption and high switching speed. It operates as either a multiplexer or demultiplexer, with an input range that extends to the supply voltage. All channels employ break-before-make switching action to prevent momentary short circuits during channel switching. This is a 12V, triple SPDT analog switch.
