Overview
TS5A3157DBVR-MS is an advanced CMOS analog switch fabricated using silicon-gate CMOS technology. It achieves extremely low propagation delay while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. Analog and digital voltages can vary across the full supply voltage range (from VCC to GND). The select pin features overvoltage protection, allowing voltages up to 7.0V above VCC on this pin regardless of the operating voltage, without damaging the device or interrupting its operation.
