Overview
TX4114 is a switching step-down synchronous rectification DC-DC power conversion IC. The IC features a wide input voltage range of 8V to 30V with an output current up to 2A. It employs a synchronous rectification architecture to improve power conversion efficiency, with an adjustable switching frequency from 150kHz to 500kHz. The IC offers excellent load capability and voltage regulation characteristics. The integrated MOS with fast transient response enhances operational stability. Only a small number of standard external components are required for operation. The IC features adjustable current limiting and intelligent over-temperature protection. It is available in a standard SOP-8 package.
