Overview
TX4130L is a wide-input-voltage buck DC-DC converter with a maximum input voltage of 90V. The device features low standby power consumption, low ripple, high efficiency, excellent line regulation, and load regulation, with an output current of up to 2A. It supports both constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) output modes. The device adopts a fixed-frequency PWM control scheme with a typical switching frequency of 140KHz. At light load, the switching frequency is automatically reduced to achieve high conversion efficiency. Integrated protection features include soft-start, over-temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, and current limiting, enhancing system reliability. The device is available in an ESOP8 package with an exposed thermal pad internally connected to the VIN pin.
