Overview
TX4135 is a buck regulator that provides precise constant voltage (CV) regulation without an optocoupler. It features an integrated 150V MOSFET to simplify the design and reduce cost. These features make it an ideal regulator for offline low-power applications such as home appliances and standby power supplies. TX4135 is a green-mode regulator. Both peak current and switching frequency decrease as the load decreases. This feature provides excellent efficiency at light loads and improves overall average efficiency. TX4135 offers multiple protection features, including thermal shutdown (OTP), VCC undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overload protection (OLP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and open-loop protection. TX4135 is available in an SOP7 package.
