TX41390

TX41390 is a wide input voltage buck DC-DC converter with a maximum input voltage of 100V. It features low standby power consumption, high efficiency, low ripple, excellent line regulation and load regulation, and supports high current output up to 2A or above. The output constant voltage can be set by configuring the voltage divider resistors on the FB pin. It adopts a fixed-frequency PWM control scheme with a typical switching frequency of 150KHz, and enters pulse-skipping mode under light load conditions to achieve high conversion efficiency. Internally integrated soft-start, over-temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, and current limiting protection functions enhance system reliability. The device is available in an ESOP8 package with an exposed thermal pad connected to the CS pin. TX41390 is a buck DC-DC converter compatible with a wide input voltage range.
