Overview
TX4150 is a 36V input, 1.5A maximum output switching buck DC converter. The device integrates a high-side 36V 250mΩ and low-side 36V 140mΩ power MOSFET. Over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, it delivers an adjustable 1.5A continuous load current output, with input overvoltage protection at 33V. Peak current mode control provides fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. The device features configurable line drop compensation with adjustable output current. Input undervoltage lockout. Output overvoltage protection. CC/CV mode control provides smooth transition between constant current charging and constant voltage charging phases. Built-in soft-start prevents inrush current at power-up. The device is available in an ESOP8 package.
